1. 30-day money-back guarantee
Every TUNLstack purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with the app for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date and you will receive a full refund. No forms to justify, no hoops.
2. How to request a refund
- Email us at support@tunlstack.com with the order number from your receipt, or
- Use your Paddle receipt — purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and the receipt email includes a link to request support and refunds directly from Paddle.
Either path works; we honor both.
3. Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, the money typically appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. After a refund
When a purchase is refunded, the associated license key is deactivated and the app returns to unlicensed mode.
5. Try before you buy
TUNLstack offers a free 8-day trial of the full application — no payment details and no account required — so you can evaluate everything before spending anything. The 30-day guarantee still applies after purchase.

Anything unclear, or a situation these terms don't cover: support@tunlstack.com. We would rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something that isn't working for you.
